Ten Months Old

Dear Grayson,
It is hard to believe that it is February is almost over. You will be one before we know it!! You have been super fun the past few months. You are such a happy boy even though you have had two ear infections and some kind of upper respiratory infection where you needed an inhaler. YaYa does NOT like for her baby to be sick!!
You are loving standing up and playing with the bead maze. You are not cruising yet, but you think you are a pretty big guy when you stand up. Hollan, the dog loves it, too.

And we got another exersaucer for our house and gave your mom and dad the other one. You continue to think an exersaucer is the best form of entertainment available!! And you love music and kicking your feet in time to the music.

Here is a picture of you, Momma and Daddy on Christmas Day at Miller and Phil's house.

And this was your Christmas pajamas that Helen bought you!! You were the cutest little bear cub.

Loving with Aunt Helen....

And reading with GrandDude. You are so intent!!

Grayson, this, however, is the funniest picture of all. You look like you are saying, "YaYa, PUT that camera AWAY!! I have had ENOUGH!!!" I have told your Momma that she is going to see that face a lot when you are a teenager!!
Know I love you so, so very much!! YaYa

Hats, hats, hats!!

As the weather turns cooler, you are wearing more and more hats. We have discovered your head is pretty large and we have to stretch some of the baby hats out. Grayson, you do look exceptionally cute in the hats. This first picture is of you in your holiday garb at your great grandfather's 79th birthday. You were a good, sweet boy there!!
On December 19th you were baptized at South Highland. You were not too happy about it all and definitely did NOT like the tremendous dowsing Dr. Hurley gave you. You let Susan Laney carry you around and liked that much better. You looked quite handsome in your baptism gown. The bonnet, however, was not soo good--too small for one things and it made you look like some kind of deranged pilgrim. We did NOT make you wear it on the big day!!

Kathy came to meet you for the first time. She bought you this hat special--and we had to stretch it out a bit.

You and Kathy playing. You are a cute Santa baby!!

Christmas morning you and your mom and dad spent the night at our house. Helen had bought you this baby's first Christmas outfit. And we agreed you were the cutest EVER!! You finally have two teeth--the two on the bottom. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!
